I was awarded the 2021 USC Annenberg Center for Health Journalism California Fellowship for my reporting on public health and opioid overdoses in Alameda County. My work has appeared in The Oaklandside, The Indypendent, Street Spirit News, Capital and Main, Law @ The Margins, and on Democracy Now! and KPFA Radio, and I have contributed research to The New York Times and ProPublica.
